- 1 Salmon Filet
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Gresham and Myers Cajun Seasoning
Preheat grill to medium heat
Place filet on aluminum foil. Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with Seafood rub
Place filet and foil on grill and cook for 12 minutes per inch of thickness (at the thickest part)
- Remove from grill and serve. Top with a little lemon for a nice twist!
