These Crispy Honey Buffalo Brussels Sprouts are so simple and easy. If you have every been skeptical of Brussels Sprouts, we promise you don't want to miss these. They are sweet and crispy and so flavorful!
2 lbs Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbs G&M Buffalo Seasoning
1 cup Vegetable Oil
⅓ cup Honey
⅓ cup melted Butter
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
- Wash and trim sprouts and cut in half. Place in steamer basket and steam for 10 minutes just until tender.
- Heat oil to medium high in a deep skillet. Fry sprouts in 2 batches until some leaves are deep brown. Drain each batch on paper towels.
- Mix melted butter, honey and G&M Buffalo Seasoning then toss with sprouts in a large bowl and serve.
