Make the perfect side dish for almost any meal. These Roasted Red Potatoes are so simple and easy, but are going to be one of the hits of your next meal. We can never get enough, so we often double this recipe, but try it out yourself!
- 5 Medium Red Potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Gresham and Myers Prime Rib Seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cut potatoes into 1” Cube
- Toss with oil and seasoning
- Spread potatoes onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and browned.
